Clearance Policies

The process to  purchase products on the Clearance site is outlined in the following paragraphs. We encourage all customers to take a moment to familiarize themselves with these policies.

 

WARRANTY, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

The products available through the Clearance site are Showroom Floor Samples. These products can have minor defects, flaws or signs of use from being on our showroom floors. Touch-up or minor cosmetic repairs may be desired after purchase. Every effort has been made to note any imperfections. PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no warranty and KDR does not accept returns. Replacements and/or exchanges are not permitted.

All products are sold on a first come first served basis.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If KDR is arranging the transportation of goods, the cost of freight will be listed as a separate line item on your invoice.

 

If you prefer to use your own common carrier, please understand that special packing, cartons or crating fees might be required and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

KDR Delivery Services are available in the St. Louis metropolitan area only. Charges and fees apply.

 

Local pick-up is available at the St. Louis Showroom Clearance Center during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. 24-hours notice is required prior to pick-up.

 

SALES TAX

KDR is obligated to collect sales tax when applicable. For questions, please speak to a KDR Sales Associate prior to making a purchase.
